Custom Sheet Metal and Billet Intakes

Underground Racing designs state of the art custom sheet and billet intakes for any application. Each manifold is designed, fabricated and ported specifically for each customer's combination requirements. Our team of designers and fabricators have extensive experience in the development of racing manifolds with many top racing teams of different styles of racing.

Extrude Hone

Powerful Performance

Extrude Hone uses advanced surface finishing solutions, to remove rough cast surfaces that restrict horsepower efficiency of intakes. By enlarging and uniformly polishing internal air passages, flow velocity is maximized. Superior results are reflected in the widespread use of Extrude Hone Powerflow by professional race teams in NASCAR, NHRA, IRL, CART and SCCA. In addition to meeting the rigid requirements of professional race teams and production automotive manufacturers, Powerflow is an effective process for the performance enthusiast. Increased custom airflow can be tailored specifically for a Powerflow application. Results have demonstrated that such increases can exceed 30 percent on aluminum intake manifolds.

Throttle Body

We stock types of throttle bodies for different applications. Upgrading your throttle body allows maximum air flow into your engine thus adding more power. All throttle bodies we carry are manufactured from billet aluminum and polished to a mirror finish.

Polishing

Underground Racing's team of professional polishers can take your intake and throttle body to the car show level making jaws drop when you pop the hood.

We stock polished intakes and throttle bodies as well as fuel rails, valve covers and fuel pressure regulators.
